The Sustainability Committee is established by the Board of Directors to support the Company’s commitment in implementing sustainable business practices through the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into operational, project, and strategic activities. The sustainability committee has responsibility as below:  

●	Oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s ESG strategy and policies.
●	Establish, review, and recommend ESG objectives, KPIs, and sustainability targets aligned with the Company’s business strategy.
●	Monitor ESG performance, risks, compliance, and progress against approved ESG KPIs and targets.
●	Review and recommend sustainability initiatives, disclosures, and continuous improvement actions.
●	Support ESG integration across business functions and promote cross-functional collaboration.
●	Advise Management and the Board of Directors on key ESG matters, performance, and strategic priorities.
●	Evaluate the achievement of ESG targets and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
