This Sustainability Policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners involved in the Company’s design, procurement, project management, and fit-out activities. The Policy is structured around three core pillars:  Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), based on the Company’s materiality assessment results.

Formally instituted by the Board of Directors in April 2026, this policy serves as a strategic framework to ensure all design operations strictly comply with environmental regulations while consistently delivering long-term value to our clients and partners. By integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into our creative blueprint, we actively align our corporate strategies with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on the cultivation of healthy, inclusive, and energy-efficient living environments.
