PiEE strictly prohibits and has a zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption in any PiEE activity. In the event of failure to comply with the regulations, PiEE will require that the situation be rectified as quickly as possible, and any employee found violating the regulations will be subject to sanctions and disciplinary action, including termination of employment, in accordance with this policy, Company Regulations, and applicable laws and regulations.
Any PiEE employee, whether an individual or a group of people, who intentionally violates PiEE laws/regulations/policies by engaging in acts to enrich themselves or another person or group that could harm PiEE finances in the following ways:
| ● | Abusing the authority, opportunity, or means available to them due to their position or position. |
| ● | Giving and/or promising something to a government or private official that is inappropriate, regardless of the size or purpose, including facilitation payments, with the intention of securing or expediting proper service. |
| ● | Giving and/or receiving gifts, entertainment, bribes/kickbacks to/from someone, either internally or externally, considering the power or authority inherent in their position or position. |
| ● | Violating provisions of the law that state that violations of these provisions of the law are acts of corruption. |
| ● | Providing assistance, opportunities, means, or conspiracy to commit acts of corruption. |
