Yakult’s new Visitor Experience Space in Sukabumi brings together brand storytelling, interactive elements, and educational experiences within one immersive environment. The project was developed through a collaboration between Yakult, The Doq, Studio Jigen, and PiEE, with each team contributing to different aspects of the project.

PiEE was responsible for the build and execution, translating the project’s vision into the finished environment through detailed construction and on-site coordination. Our scope covered a range of areas throughout the visitor experience, including the entrance and reception, lobby, interactive laboratory area, mezzanine, production corridor, and supporting facilities.

Working alongside The Doq and Studio Jigen, PiEE coordinated the execution of various architectural elements, installations, finishes, and integrated features across the project. From the giant Yakult bottle display and large-scale video throne to the interactive screens and exhibition elements, each component required careful execution to maintain the intended character and functionality of the space.

Completed in August 2026, the project delivers a visitor environment that brings Yakult’s story closer to its audience through a combination of physical spaces, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling.

For PiEE, the project was an opportunity to demonstrate how precise build execution and close collaboration can turn a complex visitor experience into a fully realised environment.
