SUSTAINABILITY POLICY

1. OBJECTIVES
PiEE is committed to integrating sustainability into all aspects of our interior design and retail fit-out services for shopping mall. We recognise our responsibility to minimise environmental impact, promote safe and ethical practices, and enhance the wellbeing of the community well-being.

2. SCOPE
This Sustainability Policy applies to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners involved in our design, procurement, project management, and fit-out works. It is structured around the three (3) core pillars i.e. Environmental, Social, and Governance, based on our materiality assessment.

3. ENVIRONMENTAL
The Company recognises the importance of environmental protection and aims to minimise the environmental footprint of our designs and project execution. We are committed to the following:
• Comply with applicable environmental laws and regulations related to materials, waste, and emissions.
• Monitor and improve material usage, waste, and energy impacts in projects.
• Use sustainable materials like certified wood, low-VOC finishes, and recycled content.
• Reduce carbon emissions through efficient designs, responsible transport, and energy use within our operations.
• Practise waste reduction, reuse, recycling, and licensed disposal and ensuring waste is disposed of through licensed channels.

4. SOCIAL
The Company is committed to protecting the welfare, safety, and rights of our employees, clients, and communities. Our commitment include the following:

Management is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Policy, monitoring sustainability performance, and ensuring that relevant practices are embedded across the Company’s operations.

7. POLICY REVIEW
This Sustainability Policy will be reviewed periodically and updated when necessary to reflect changes in regulations, business needs and stakeholder expectations.
