● Provide socialization to the Project Team regarding processes in the Project Division, including ensuring that the Project Team understands the established Quality Management System. ● Analyze resource requirements for the project implementation process. Conducting site survey with Project Coordinator. ● Conduct kick of internal meeting with Project Supervisor, HS Officer to discuss about project preparation. ● Participate in the Kick off Meeting with vendors, Project Spv./Coordinator and HS Officer. ● Monitoring project progress based on photo documentation and provide this information to Finance for billing purposes. ● Create Weekly Site Progress Report for client. ● Receive and verify final inspection data from the Project Coordinator/Spv. ● Responsible for the retention period. ● Verify the opname result from Project Spv. ● Sign and submit Official report of work handover and opname documents to vendor. ● Conduct Project evaluation with Marketing Team and Project Coordinator. |

● Diploma (D3) and Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Woodworking Engineering, Interior Design, Architectural Design, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. ● Minimum 8 years of experience working on Retail/Office/F&B interior projects. ● Experience working in a furniture manufacturing company, preferably with a background in workshops or manufacturing. ● Must have strong AutoCAD/SketchUp skills with detailed drawings and dimensions. ● Able to make store drawings, technical drawings, and detailed drawings as site conditions to support the project team. ● Understanding of architectural design standards, materials, and their impact on interior and exterior design. ● Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. ● Possess good communication skills and able to work individually or in a team. ● Create detailed technical drawings of furniture based on field data and designs provided by designers as a reference for the project team in starting work. ● Assist designers in the space planning process. ● Survey the location at the start of the project as a reference for creating technical drawings (if necessary). ● Provide input to designers regarding detailed drawings of the work. ● Create as-built drawings based on field data and design changes. ● Understanding of architectural design standards, materials, and their impact on interior and exterior design. ● If necessary, conduct a site survey upon project completion to compare the working drawings with the actual conditions after project implementation, as a reference for creating as-built drawings. ● Keep record design changes based on field adjustments. |
